Michiana Christian Camp is one of the most fun places to work during the summer. Ideal candidates have graduated from high school and have been involved with the camp as a camper or volunteer in the past. We're looking for hard-working individuals who have a servant heart, live by their faith, strive for excellence, and ultimately love fun.
Summer staff positions are here from June 7-August 1. You will live in staff housing and work in your departments.
Positions Available
Kitchen: The Kitchen positions will help make meals, do dishes, stock items for meals, and perform various other kitchen duties. Kitchen help will also help in the canteen and cleaning roles.
Lifeguard: The Lifeguard will watch over swimmers, take care of the pool maintenance and cleaning, and perform various other pool duties. This position will also help in the camp kitchen as necessary and help with cleaning roles.
Maintenance: The maintenance positions will do yard work, cleaning, repairing broken items, and other general maintaining of the property. Maintenance help may also be asked to work in the canteen and help with other various roles.
Media: The media position will take photos and videos of camp activities. This person will also make promotional videos and recap videos of camp sessions. The media person may also help in the canteen and various cleaning roles.
Office: The office position will help in the camp office, performing general office duties. The position will answer phones and manage the canteen and camp store. The office position will also help in cleaning roles.
Program Staff: Program staff members will plan and facilitate games and activities. They may also help in other departments as needed. Program Staff will help with various cleaning responsibilities.
